Japanese Gyusuji Curry (Beef Tendon Curry)

I’m a big fan of Japanese curry…well any curry to be honest. Plus I feel like we haven’t seen a Cooking with Dog episode for way too long. This recipe looks like it’s a bit too concerned about removing fat and I think it takes so long that Francis falls asleep, but the end result looks yummy!

Phrase of the day is “rippling jelly like state” :D
