Giant Robot Statues Attack Japan!

A guy just doesn’t get to write enough headlines like that.

By now you’ve probably heard about the giant 18 meter high Gundam statue that has taken over Tokyo recently. Not to be outdone, Kobe has started work on their own giant robot.

For those that haven’t seen the Gundam Suit robot yet, here a quick video on it in action. Oh yeah, and if you have no idea what a Gundam is, here’s a wiki link to help you out.

And now Kobe is getting into the action with work on their own 60 foot tall Tetsujin 28-go robot.

I’d hate to be Godzilla next time when he shows up in Japan. He’s in for a surprise!
